Zander Day is Zander Realty Group's annual block-party-style celebration — a free, family-friendly afternoon bringing together homeowners, buyers, neighbors, and friends for food, music, games, giveaways, and good vibes. - 12:00 PM — Doors Open & Welcome: Gates open at Moynihan Recreation Area. Grab a bite, explore vendor booths, and settle in.
- 12:30 PM — Kid Zones & Sports Area Opens: Activities and games for all ages kick off.
- 1:00 PM — Book Bag Giveaway 🎒: First 50 kid attendees receive a free school bag fully loaded with essential supplies. Don't be late!
- 1:30 PM — Area 51 Performance & Sports Opening: The Area 51 Majorette Dance Team takes the stage, followed by sports activities officially opening.
- 2:00 PM — Sports & Outdoor Games: Tournaments, field games, cornhole, and friendly competition for all ages.
- 4:30 PM — Raffle & Giveaway Drawings 🏆: MacBook Neo grand prize plus all giveaway drawings. Must be registered and present to win.
- 5:00 PM — Closing Set & Send-Off: Final performances, community remarks, and send-off before wrapping at 6 PM.
